The Laurels of Summit Ridge provides a complete range of services for patients that are unable to return home after a hospitalization. Our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically can not be provided through home health care or by family members. We help our guests achieve their highest possible level of physical, social and emotional independence while recovering in our home-like environment. The Laurels of Summit Ridge has assembled an experienced and caring team of clinicians that develop individualized plans of care that allow our guests to return home sooner, safer and stronger.
The Laurels of Summit Ridge cares for individuals with a wide variety of illnesses or injuries. Our short-term stay programs offer comprehensive care in the following areas:
- Specialized Orthopedic Unit
- Neuro Rehabilitation Program
- Cardiac Recovery Program
- Wound Healing & Wound Prevention Program
Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans and most health insurance plans cover short-term skilled stays following a hospitalization of three days or more.
